We use premium standard products by default, but you can upgrade to household names like Tide, Downy, or Bounce, or choose a sensitive-skin hypoallergenic option.
Bleach is only used if you specifically request it; it is never assumed.

We offer a 24-hour turnaround, meaning most orders picked up Monday through Thursday are delivered the next business day.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.

Pricing Questions
We price wash and fold by the pound based on the finished dry weight of your laundry.
Yes, big and bulky items like comforters, pillows, and dog beds are charged at a flat rate rather than by weight.
Yes, there is a $30 minimum charge per order.
There is no extra cost for delivery. We do require a minimum order of $30, however.

If you have lower volume or only need laundry done occasionally, you are better off using our standard residential pickup and delivery service at the regular per-pound rates.
